Why was I charged more than the price stated on website?

1. Download Insurance Service or Extended Download Service (EDS), which are offered by the payment platforms, are for cases that customers forget or lose their registration information when they want to re-install the program.
2. VAT. Our payment platform charges applicable sales tax for orders. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs. The total price inclusive of applicable taxes will be displayed before the order is transmitted.
